Day Ten

God, our Father of truth and love,

Thank you for the Holy Spirit revealing truth to us in Your Word. We praise you for Jesus, for he is truth and love and holy and pure. 

Lord God, we ask for discernment that we may understand your statues and know what is pleasing to you and take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. We pray we will not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of our minds, that by testing we may discern what is your will, what is good and acceptable and perfect. May our love abound more and more, with knowledge and all discernment so that we may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of you, God. 

Father, activate the gift of discernment in us so that we will have spiritual maturity and view and analyze everything through the lens of truth—Your Word. All glory to Jesus our King! In His Name we pray, Amen
