Day Four

Heavenly Father, 



Thank you for today. Thank you that we are able to come into your presence and seek you. Thank you for meeting us exactly where we are and for speaking to us in a way that is just what we need. 

Today, we lift up the families and marriages of Rescue House. We praise you for each family represented in your house. You know each family and each marriage and all of the details.

We ask for protection over our marriages and our families. Protection from the distractions of this world. Allow our eyes to be focused on you and you alone. We pray for unity within the marriage and for you to be at the center of it all. May every member of our family come to know you and have a personal relationship with you. May they seek you and truly discover who you want them to be. We ask that the families of our church be fully committed to all that is offered in your house. May they be surrounded by Godly community, growing closer to you and one another. May we use this precious time that you have gifted us to serve and love others well. To live a life different from the rest of the world and to live a life that glorifies and honors you.

We lift up the children of our church and our families. We pray protection over their minds. We surrender each one of them to you. Remind us today that they are your precious children and that you have a plan and a purpose for their life. We ask you for wisdom and discernment as we parent our children. We pray that our children grow as Jesus did, “in wisdom and in stature, and in favor of God and man.” Luke 2:52

Thank you for loving us and meeting us exactly where we are. We give you our families and our marriages today.
