WORSHIP DIRECTOR

As a multi-site church, we are always looking for talented people called to work at Rescue House.  If you naturally connect with people, are passionate about leading them to Christ, and can keep up with the ever-changing demands of worship ministry, check out what we are looking for, in a Rescue House Worship Director:

  • Create and lead an innovative worship culture
  • Assist the Creative Pastor in execution of our weekend Worship Experiences
  • Contribute to writing and recording original worship music
  • Lead worship at one Rescue House campus on Sunday’s
  • Lead and develop a team of musicians spiritually and skillfully
  • Schedule musicians and audio engineers for each campus
  • Assist our student ministry with worship on occasion
  • Do whatever it takes…short of sin…to reach lost people
You need to:
  • Have experience leading worship in a high production environment
  • Be comfortable speaking and singing in front of large crowds
  • Have a good ear and eye for excellence
  • Have a general knowledge of music theory and the Nashville Numbers System
  • Play at least one instrument
  • Provide us with at least one video of you leading worship

We would like you to:

  • Have some experience in or a desire to learn software such as Ableton, Pro Tools, etc.
  • Send us a video of you singing an original song you have written
  • Have mad ping pong and/or kan jam skills

Campus Pastor
